The residential-brokerage franchisor announced a host of company-wide steps it is taking to grow its business.

Jones has more than $2 billion in sales volume over her career and ranked among the nation’s top 250 agents for 12 consecutive years.

Riley Smith and his team joined the Compass Coconut Grove office, and Carlo DiPasquale is moving to the Compass Miami Beach office.

In the role, Gupta will oversee all Guaranteed Rate marketing efforts, from branding and advertising to social media and PR. Additionally, he will focus on focus on growing the firm’s consumer direct business.

Cohen has forged a niche as a top producer in South Florida real estate over the last decade at Coldwell Banker and The Jills Zeder Group.

Shojaee will spearhead plans to expand beyond South Florida and into new markets, including California, Texas, Mexico and Colombia.
