Jud Henry and Skye Louis Realty join The Keyes Company

by Patrick Regan

The Keyes Company expanded its South Florida footprint with the recent addition of boutique brokerage Skye Louis Realty.

Skye Louis, led by broker and owner Jud Henry, has more than 140 agents, an annual sales volume of more than $200 million and offices in Coconut Creek and Delray Beach. The company will continue to operate out of those offices now that it is part of The Keyes Company.

“Keyes and Skye Louis share core values emphasizing customer service, integrity, family and philanthropy,” Keyes CEO Mike Pappas said in a news release. “We look forward to helping Skye Louis agents maximize their potential through our technology and marketing capabilities.”

Henry is a Chicago native with nearly two decades of real estate experience. He acquired Skye Louis in 2019 from Skye Louis Founder Desare Kohn-Laski, who remains a Realtor® with the brokerage.

“These days, a profitable boutique firm like ours is a ripe target for acquisition,” Henry said. “From my first meeting with Mike Pappas, it was clear that Keyes was different from the other firms that reached out. The family-owned, entrepreneurial nature of Keyes made it a perfect fit for the next chapter of Skye Louis.”

Keyes, Florida’s largest independent real estate firm, has more than 3,000 associates and nearly $7 billion in annual sales volume with offices in six Florida counties along the Atlantic coast.
