Compass welcomes Riley Smith, Carlo Dipasquale

by Patrick Regan

Compass recently added two top South Florida agents to its ranks.

Riley Smith and his team joined the Compass Coconut Grove office, and Carlo Dipasquale is moving to the Compass Miami Beach office.

Dipasquale previously worked at Cervera Real Estate. He has more than 30 transactions at The Continuum in South Beach and has sold more than $800 million in luxury properties across South Florida.

Dipasquale was born in Italy, moved to South Florida 23 years ago and is fluent in four languages: Italian, English, Portuguese and Spanish. He frequently represents celebrity clients, including tennis icon Novak Djokovich.

Smith comes to Compass from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty.

With over 20 years in the industry and $1 billion in sales, Smith ranks as one of Miami’s top agents. Based on 2021 sales volume, Smith and his team of 30 agents are ranked the No.7 Mega Team in the state of Florida, according to RealTrends.

“The move to Compass is an organic next step for our business,” Smith said in a news release. “With the growth of our team in mind, we wanted to find a home for the Riley Smith Group that could provide the innovation and network to take us to the next level. Compass is at the forefront and provides the support and platforms to do just that.”
