Douglas Elliman welcomed Norma-Jean Callahan and the Callahan Group to its Florida and New York brokerage, the company announced.
Callahan, known for her new development sales and luxury project expertise, started her career in 2002 at Coldwell Banker and climbed the ranks to advise numerous developers and lead successful sales initiatives in Manhattan.
“We are excited to welcome Norma-Jean Callahan and her team, the Callahan Group, to Douglas Elliman in both New York and Florida,” Scott Durkin, CEO of Douglas Elliman Realty, said in a news release. “NJ is among the industry’s finest talents and comes to us with an incredible track record in luxury new development sales.”
Callahan, an author and horse lover, will be based out of Douglas Elliman’s Palm Beach office at 340 Royal Poinciana Way and its Manhattan office at 575 Madison Ave.
“I am excited to launch the next chapter of my career and expand into Florida, the fastest growing market in the country. The decision to join Douglas Elliman was based on my own ambition and unwavering commitment to client service,” Callahan said.
