What was your first job in the realty industry? Sales associate at Century 21.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Spend time with my dogs, read a good book or watch a comedy, and travel.

Where did you grow up? Poland (by the Baltic Sea), Europe.

Growing up, what did you want to be? Creator, inventor and builder.

If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be? Pope John Paul II for the wisdom he gained through life experience.

Where is your favorite place to hang out? Miami, Coral Gables and Palm Beach.

What do you love most about the industry? Every client, every transaction, every project, every situation – is different. This industry keeps you alert and sharp. You’re constantly absorbing information and learning new things.

Also, being a part of a new project that goes from concept to reality. The excitement and privilege of helping someone find a new home or place to do business is rewarding, and the fact that you live, work and “play” in South Florida is like icing on the cake.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I care as if it’s my own, and I do my work with passion – every day, I set my goals and standards, I’m not afraid to ask for help. I plan, I dream big and most of all, I know my value.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Not enough hours in a day. Everything else – if there is a will there is a way.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients? Traveling. Visiting all kinds of local, domestic and international firms and mingling with friends and family.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? I truly believe my biggest accomplishments are yet to come.

What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? Movie – The Pianist – extraordinary story. Book – “A Message to Garcia” – everyone should read this, amazing.

What is your favorite restaurant? A quiet one with good food and nice atmosphere.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Miami? INTOWN. Although it’s not built yet, the fact that this will reshape and redesign the entire neighborhood makes it so much more special and unique.

What kind of car do you drive? BMW.

Smartphone or paper? Smartphone.

What is your favorite city after Miami? Manalapan, Palm Beach.

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Learn, accept, adjust, believe, enjoy and love what you do.

What’s your favorite real estate iPhone/Android app? Trulia, Zillow and The Real Deal.

What is your motto in life? Goal without a plan is just a dream. Winners are not those who never fail but those who never quit.

My advice for anyone? Beautiful people are not always good, but good people are always beautiful.
