The 1,200-acre Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club in Southwest Florida recently launched three new neighborhoods: the beachfront Positano, golf course-facing Messina and carriage-house community, Nerano.

Positano has 10 three-story homes with elevators. Residences are all connected to the beach club’s amenities, range from 5,000 to 8,000 square feet and feature second-story, infinity-edge pools. Prices start at $8 million. Five homesites are currently available for purchase.

Messina has 12 villas that overlook the 18-hole Arthur Hills Signature Championship Golf Course. The homes range from 2,500 to over 5,000 square feet and start at $2.9 million. Model homes are now available for viewing.

Nerano is a gated neighborhood that comprises 10 buildings with four lakeside residences apiece. Ground-floor units cover 2,369 square feet, while top-floor residences provide 3,060 square feet. Prices start at $1.1 million, with 12 residences set for delivery this fall.

Located north of Naples, Miromar Lakes has its own ZIP code and offers three restaurants, a racquet club, spa, fitness center, 10,000-square-foot infinity-edge pool, 18-hole golf course and 700-acre lake.
