META Development plans to construct a five-story, 36-condominium luxury community in Brickell, with work slated to begin in September 2025. 

The developer purchased a lot at 1870 Brickell Ave. and is currently under contract to acquire the adjacent parcel at 1880 Brickell Ave. META will build the project on the combined lots, which it is purchasing for $21 million. Prices for the condos are expected to start at $2.5 million. 

META, which has satellite offices in Brazil, is also developing OPUS, a 14-unit luxury condominium community in Coconut Grove that is projected to open in 2026. Brazil’s OSPA Architecture and Urbanism will design the Brickell project. 

“We chose to develop in Brickell because it is the epicenter of growth, innovation and luxury living in Miami,” META President Andrew Rasken said in a press release. “Brickell offers an unparalleled blend of modern infrastructure, financial powerhouses and vibrant culture — making it the ideal location for our boutique residential concept.”
