The Standard Residences, Midtown Miami, tops off

Construction of The Standard Residences, Midtown Miami, a 12-story, pied-à-terre-style condo community in Miami has topped off and windows have been installed up to the eighth floor. 

The project by Rosso Development, Standard International and Midtown Development is already 95% pre-sold. Completion is expected in the third quarter of 2025. 

“This marks an exciting milestone and serves as a testament to Midtown’s continued growth into one of Miami’s most in-demand neighborhoods,” Rosso Development founder Carlos Rosso said in a press release. “The support for the project and excitement it has generated among buyers and the community reinforces our vision for Midtown as a vibrant, thriving hub, where people want to live, work and enjoy life.”  

Located at 3100 N.E. 1st Ave., between The Design District and Wynwood, the development will have 228 residences ranging from studios to two-bedroom units that can be leased out for terms as short as one month.  

Community amenities include a landscaped rooftop with a 60-foot, resort-style pool and restaurant.  There is also a sweat room and fitness center, infrared sauna, indoor pickleball court and yoga and stretch studios. A social floor will have a karaoke bar and screening room, co-working spaces, Zoom rooms and a private boardroom.  

Arquitectonica served as the building’s architect. while Urban Robot and an in-house design team are handling interiors. Naturalficial is the landscaper, and Civic Construction is the general contractor. Sales and marketing are managed by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing.
