Marlene Rubenstein & Dena Fox, Co-owners

Rubenstein Fox Team, Baird & Warner

As co-owners and partners of the Rubenstein Fox Team at Baird & Warner, Marlene Rubenstein and Dena Fox are in the business of building relationships. “Relationships prevail,” says Rubenstein, speaking of her success with clients. “They enrich our lives as we strive to enrich theirs.” Fox adds, “This is a relationship and community business, and more often than not, our relationships with other agents and our communities is what gets a deal together and keeps it together.“

Rubenstein, a first-generation American and the daughter of Holocaust survivors, was first exposed to the real estate industry at an early age. Her father an electrician and builder, she assisted him with renting and selling multi-unit properties. She gained valuable transferable skills from this experience, as well as from her time spent in retail management, sales training and public relations.

Rubenstein affectionately refers to her daughter and partner, Dena Fox, as her “better half” in the business. After graduating with a finance degree, Fox realized she shared her mother’s passion for real estate. “She represents the essence of today’s buyer,” says Rubenstein. With Fox’s finger on the pulse of the modern buyer and Rubenstein’s wealth of knowledge on ever-changing markets, the two deliver top results and are positioned to be the experts for their clients from the time they buy to when they’re ready to sell.

Expanding from Chicagoland to their newer offices in south Florida — they are able to focus on both the southeast shore’s ocean enthusiasts and the southwest shore’s Gulf coast enthusiasts. Rubenstein leads the Florida division by honing in on the needs of this niche market, energizing peers and clients with the team’ spirit, passion and genuine goodwill.

Strong advocates of philanthropy, Rubenstein and Fox give back to the communities they serve by supporting the Gulf Shore Playhouse, the national and their local Holocaust Memorial Museum, as well as the National Kidney Foundation.
