South Florida’s two largest Multiple Listing Services (MLSs) are now fully integrated with Nestfully, a consumer-facing home listing portal. MIAMI REALTORS®’ Southeast Florida MLS (SEFMLS) and Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie REALTORS®’ BeachesMLS are the latest of five MLSs integrated with the platform, joining California Regional MLS, Bright MLS and REcolorado.

SEFMLS and BeachesMLS’ partnerships with Nestfully mean that users will now have access to nearly all South Florida properties, as well as means to connect with a Realtor.

Listings will be seen by more people and agents will receive quality leads at no cost, saving them thousands in referral fees.”
