Terra developers announced that its newest luxury condominium, GLASS, located in the South of Fifth neighborhood, is now open to residents. The sold-out building is expecting residents to move in this month.

The first five floors contains the common areas: a lobby, pool, spa and gym.  GLASS has an onsite estate manager, valet services, housekeeping and maintenance, and 24-hour security.

The exterior features a facade of patterned glass. The architect Rene Gonzalez incorporated Coquina stone scattered with blue Macauba quartzite in the entrance to create a visual effect of the waves meeting the shore.

“The inspiration for GLASS has everything to do with the beauty of the building’s surroundings; we wanted to create a substantial and substantive piece of architecture that pays deference to its environment and urban condition,” Gonzalez said. “And thanks to Terra, this was an incredible opportunity. Their strategy was to create a very small community – only ten units, each with its own floor, with 360-degree views. That is a very beautiful and unique situation to be able to design.”
