Real estate agents Andrea Pelaez and Brian Partie joined Douglas Elliman’s St. Petersburg and Sarasota offices, respectively. 

Previously, Pelaez worked at Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s St. Petersburg office, while Partie worked at Engel & Völkers’ Suncoast office and served greater Naples and Sarasota. 

Pelaez entered real estate in 2022. Before that, she spent 16 years as an elementary school teacher in Hillsborough County.  

Partie, meanwhile, has been in real estate his entire career. He currently serves on the Florida REALTORS® board of directors and is the 2026 chair of public policy for the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee. 

“As a third-generation Tampa native and now St. Petersburg local, I bring a lifelong understanding of the Tampa Bay area along with firsthand experience as a homeowner, investor and renovator,” Pelaez said. “What really attracted me to Douglas Elliman was the combination of a boutique, relationship-driven feel with the reach and resources of a major luxury brand.”
