The Residences at Shell Bay from Witkoff Group and PPG Development has entered the vertical stage of construction. The first floors of the 20-story tower have been completed, and developers expect the project to open in 2027. Once finalized, Shell Bay’s 108 private residences will feature wraparound terraces.

Shell Bay Club, a private, 150-acre members’ club, encompasses the Auberge-branded condo community. The club is anchored by a championship golf course, practice facility and a separate nine-hole course. Other amenities include a racquet club, pickleball and padel courts, basketball courts, batting cages and a children’s playground. Plus, residents have access to the Intracoastal Waterway via a 48-slip private marina.
