Ella Miami Beach is 65% pre-sold as the boutique condo enters vertical construction. Developers Constellation Group and The Boschetti Group expect completion in early 2027.

Normada Residences will serve as property manager for the development’s 103 studio, one- and two-bedroom residences. Buyers are allowed and encouraged to use units as short-term rentals. Prices start at $600,000.

Named for jazz legend Ella Fitzgerald, the condo features art deco architecture and design features. Amenities include a pickleball court, sauna, rooftop pool, outdoor dining area and private beach club access.
