Naples-based John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate was named the Christie’s International Real Estate 2023 Affiliate of the Year at the company’s annual owners conference in Atlanta.

John R. Wood Christie’s International experienced noteworthy growth during its first full year as a Christie’s International affiliate.

Specifically, it saw $4.5 billion in closed sales volume, which was over $1.4 billion more than its closest competitor. The brokerage also added more than 150 agents, representing almost $500 million in annual sales volume, and placed 43 agents into the Christie’s International Real Estate Masters Circle. Finally, the firm closed the $46.8 million sale of a single-family home, marking the highest non-beachfront residential sale in Port Royal and Collier County.

Founded in 1958, John R. Wood Christie’s International has more than 850 agents across 23 offices serving Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Marco Island and the greater Fort Myers area. The firm is 100% owned by the founding Wood family and led by President and CEO Phil Wood

“Our affiliation with Christie’s International Real Estate and the value it brings to our agents and clients, including the industry’s best marketing and technology, a global network and a name that is recognized around the world, has truly helped propel our business,” Phil Wood said in a press release. “We look forward to even more success in the years to come.”
