COMPASS Florida opens flagship office on Palm Beach Island

COMPASS Florida has opened a new flagship office with over 100 agents on Palm Beach Island. Located at 150 Worth Ave., COMPASS commercial agent Andrew Deitz located and negotiated for the 3,400-square-foot space.

The office will be led by Jeff Dono, who has been in South Florida real estate for more than 20 years. Other members of the team include COMPASS Florida founding principals Steve Hall, Elizabeth Dewoody and Patrick Lafferty, as well as agents Michael Costello, Kyle Blackmon, Brooke Murphy, Kristina McPherson, Chris Deitz and Bill Kirk, among others. 

“Whether on the Island, just over the bridge in Downtown West Palm Beach, or in the El Cid and SoSo neighborhoods, where we hold significant market share, we are committed to delivering exceptional service,” Jeff Polashuk, COMPASS Florida’s regional vice president, said in a press release. “Over the past five years, we have achieved significant market share in the area and look forward to expanding our presence in this thriving market.”
