Related Group launched sales at Andare Residences by Pininfarina, a boutique condominium development created in partnership with Italian design house Pininfarina.

Located two miles from Las Olas Beach, the 540-foot tall, 45-story development features 163 residences and marks the first condominium tower developed on Las Olas Boulevard in nearly 20 years.

“Las Olas embodies timeless allure and urban evolution,” Nick Perez, president of Related’s condominium division, said in a press release. “After years of thoughtful growth, the area is now ready for a high-design, service-driven condominium, and we couldn’t be more honored to partner with Pininfarina to craft our vision into reality.”

“The unparalleled location of this property, in the American Riviera, inspired our vision,” said Samuele Sordi, chief architect at Pininfarina, which collaborated with CFE Architects and Architectural Alliance Landscaping for Andare. “We strived to provide future residents with a living environment that not only pushed the boundaries of design, but also celebrated Las Olas’ rich tapestry of cultural and environmental surroundings. The end result is a tower that serves both as a love letter to Las Olas’ rich history as well as a monument to its promising future.”

Residences at Andare range in size from 1,800 to over 4,300 square feet, with floor-to-ceiling windows and wraparound balconies. All units include gourmet kitchens with Italian cabinetry and Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, spa-inspired bathrooms and smart-home technologies.

Indoor and outdoor amenities span over 35,000 square feet, much of which is concentrated on the 10th floor, where residents can find a health and wellness center, pickleball court, wellness spa and hot and cold plunge pools. The 11th floor is home to a private dining room, catering kitchen, sports lounge, executive lounge, bar and rooftop swimming pools and cabanas.

Prices begin at $1.6 million for two-bedroom residences.
