Related Group, Merrimac Ventures and Hilton joined forces for the Waldorf Astoria Residences Pompano Beach, nicknamed “The Residences.” The development marks the first purely residential project for Hilton, a worldwide hospitality leader.

“From the design and architecture to the resident services, we’ve pulled out all the stops to ensure this property fully embodies the Waldorf Astoria brand,” Nick Perez, president of Related’s condominium development group, said in a press release. “There is no compromise in our approach and we are so excited to see how the market reacts to this incredible development.”

Located on two oceanfront acres in Pompano Beach, The Residences include 92 condominiums with floorplans ranging from two- to five-bedrooms. All units will feature high ceilings, custom Italian cabinetry, oversized balconies, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking ocean or intracoastal views.

Designed by Nichols in collaboration with KORA, BAMO and Enea Landscape Architecture, the property includes hospitality-inspired amenities like a beachfront cafe, resident lounge, pool, jacuzzi, wellness facilities and boat slips.

Sales will launch on Nov. 1.
