Douglas Elliman is expanding into Sarasota with the addition of luxury real estate specialist Lisa Rooks Morris and her team, The LRM Group. The team, which was formerly affiliated with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, will operate out of Douglas Elliman’s new Sarasota office.

“I am honored to join Douglas Elliman as a founding member of the Sarasota office and to share the culture of exceptional service with our clients,” Rooks Morris said in a press release. “We look forward to launching this new chapter together.”

Rooks Morris brings two former Premier Sotheby’s agents with her as part of the LRM Group team: Amy Drake and Julie Guirguis. Drake, a new development specialist, served as director of marketing and managing director for new homes and condominiums before joining the LRM Group. Guirguis, a former bank executive, works with the team’s resale clientele.

Douglas Elliman’s new Sarasota office marks the brand’s 27th office in Florida. Sue Wolverton will serve as the managing broker, while Lena White will continue to serve as the senior regional director for Florida’s west coast.
