Pacific & Orient Properties named Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty as the exclusive sales team for 7918 West Drive, a 21-story waterfront condominium building in Miami’s North Bay Village.

Mirna Zarate, Zenaida Figueroa and Gasper Mavric will serve as the sales agents for the development, which is slated to finish construction in early 2025. Upon completion, the building will be home to 54 luxury residences with unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay. The development will also include four full-floor penthouses with service quarters and summer kitchens.
