Radio legend Tom Joyner recently sold his beachfront home for $19 million.

The tri-level home is 7,340 square feet with a private beach, boxing ring and art gallery. The property includes a seaside swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen.

The home is located at 469 Ocean Boulevard in Golden Beach, the only private community with homes on the sand in South Florida. The gated community has its own police force, tennis courts, basketball court, parks and kids playground.

Dina Goldentayer with Douglas Elliman represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.

Joyner’s four-decade radio career ended with his retirement in 2019 from his nationally syndicated morning show. Joyner, 72, is also an author, philanthropist and former TV host.
