I wanted to travel and meet creative people.
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?
I am a devoted yoga practitioner. You can find me leading a gentle yoga class in Coconut Grove each weekend.
If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?
I would love to meet Andrew Huberman. What he is doing with science and health is ground-breaking.
Where is South Florida’s best-kept secret?
South Florida’s best-kept secret is the Historic Venetian Pool. It’s a gorgeous natural swimming pool. Very unique Miami experience.
What do you love most about the industry?
I love working with people. When you help an individual purchase or sell a home it’s very meaningful. It allows me the opportunity to see what is happening in the lives of the individual or families that I work with. I find that very rewarding. My clients almost always become friends. I just love people.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
I don’t have any difficulties with the work I do. I truly enjoy each day.
What’s your best advice for generating new leads?
Use online sources. Apps are so user-friendly for easy access and regular leads.
What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately?
I am a reader. The best break is to pick up a good book. I’m currently reading the classic western, The Virginian.
What’s your favorite meal in South Florida?
The best meal in Miami is at my house! We are cooking up traditional Cuban black beans, rice. Roast pork for special occasions. But typically it’s very veggie meat alternatives. It’s all about the seasoning and the love of food.
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in South Florida?
The Freedom Tower is my favorite building in South Florida Miami. The history of all of the immigrants who would have been there is something to be proud of.
What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?
I love to clean! I do a lot of my own cleaning and domestic repairs. I find the care of one’s environment very therapeutic.
What’s your favorite vacation spot and why?
I love the South of France. It’s beautiful like many vacation destinations. The food is uniquely good and the French people are the best.

Real estate is all about connecting with people. So get into your community.
