Twin-tower St. Regis Residences to join Miami’s financial district

by Lindsey Wells

A new residential real estate development will add 354 luxury condo units across twin towers in Miami’s Brickell Financial District.

Miami-based Integra Investments and condominium developer Related Group announced plans for The St. Regis Residences, Miami, this week. Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA) has been appointed the project’s lead architect, while Rockwell Group will lead interior design efforts for the high-rise, according to a press release.

ONE Sotheby’s International Realty is the project’s exclusive sales and marketing partner.

“Miami is truly coming into its own and Brickell is at its epicenter,” said Jon Paul Pérez, president of Related Group. “Much like the first St. Regis hotel solidified New York City as the global hub for culture, commerce and society 100-plus years ago, our plans for this property cement Brickell as an international metropolis for a new era of connoisseurs.”

Located at 1809 Brickell Ave., South Florida’s newest twin-tower skyscrapers will offer an “everyday hotel-inspired living experience, complete with historic five-star service,” the release noted. Amenities spanning over 55,000 square feet will include an indoor lap pool, St. Regis Tea Room, the brand’s signature butler service and world-class views of Biscayne Bay.

Units set across both residential towers on Brickell Avenue will range from a 1,300-square-foot one-bedroom residence to a 7,000-square-foot duplex, with prices for all floor plans starting at $2 million.

“Miami has reached a new level of prestige, solidifying its position as one of the world’s most desirable places to live, work and play,” said Nelson Stabile, principal at Integra. “Given the insatiable demand for top-tier residential products, we feel the market is ready for a bespoke building of this caliber — a masterpiece with an elevated lifestyle experience that only the iconic St. Regis brand can deliver. We are sparing no expense to make this the definitive Miami address.”

The development’s sales gallery is expected to open early next year. Reservations will begin in January, with official sales for the residences slated to start in early 2022.
