Eloy Carmenate and Mick Duchon join The Corcoran Group

The Corcoran Group has hired Miami agents Eloy Carmenate and Mick Duchon to join their Miami Beach office.

Carmenate and Duchon, both of whom most recently worked at Douglas Elliman, bring $179 million in active inventory, according to a press release by The Corcoran Group.

They have over 37 years of combined experience and have sold over $2.5 billion in lifetime sales volume.

The two brokers have represented numerous celebrities and internationally renowned architects, including Norman Foster and Herzog De Meuron.

“We are thrilled to welcome Eloy and Mick to Corcoran,” said Pamela Liebman, President and CEO of Corcoran, in a release. “They have an incredible track record and are highly respected real estate experts, who are always one step ahead of the dynamic South Florida market. I am confident they will achieve even greater success with the resources and power of the Corcoran brand behind them.”

Both are active in the Miami area and are residents of the Venetian Islands. Duchon is on the executive board of the Mount Sinai Medical Center Foundation and is a founding member of the Miami Beach Jewish Community Center.
