Pair of Miami Beach waterfront lots fetch $15.2 million

A pair of waterfront lots in the coveted Venetian Islands area of Miami Beach have sold for $15.2 Million. 

The buyer is Zachary Vella, a real estate developer with projects in New York City, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Miami, who has appeared on Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing.

Brown Harris Stevens Miami’s Natalia Gryczynska represented Vella. 

Facing west with views of Downtown Miami, the property provides stunning sunset views and is near Miami Beach attractions and Sunset Harbour’s shops and restaurants. At about $688 per square foot, the sale marks a new record high for the Venetian Islands. 

“Mr. Vella has been searching for the perfect Miami home for his family since relocating from New York, said Gryczynska in a press release. “With stunning views and ample space, this location provides an incredible and unique opportunity for him to build a dream home completely customized for his family.”

 Gryczynska, who speaks English and Polish, recently closed on sales of almost $100 million, including a waterfront estate that’s been featured in the motion picture “War Dogs,” the reality TV show “Secret Lives of the Super Rich,” and Rihanna’s music video for her Grammy-winning R&B Song of the Year “Needed Me.”
