What was your first job in the realty industry? My first introduction to the real estate industry was back in 2001 when I worked as a loan officer. Soon after that I founded my own mortgage company and was successful for several years with our main office outside of Washington, D.C. and two smaller offices in Miami and Asheville.

Rock star or an actress.
If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be? I would choose to have lunch with Jesus Christ. What better experience can one have to sit with someone who has your best interest at heart and you can truly learn about love, kindness, meekness and service to mankind without self interest.
Where is your favorite place to hang out? I have two places I love to hang out: a park and/or the beach.
What do you love most about the industry? The idea that I can improve the lives of others is what inspires me. I enjoy assisting my clients in finding that perfect property. I get excited about new condo projects and lovely homes.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? The most difficult aspect was getting started. I love working with sellers, but, at times, it is difficult to make sellers realize that the market is what sets the price.
