Rilea Group’s The Bond on Brickell, a new 328-unit luxury condominium tower, has hit a construction milestone. The 44-story tower located at 1080 Brickell Avenue, in the heart of Downtown Miami’s Brickell Financial District, is set to top off this summer with a completion date set for the first quarter of 2016.

Designed by Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe & Associates, one of South Florida’s most prolific architecture and planning firms, The Bond offers 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom condos, as well as exclusive lofts and penthouses featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, spacious glass-balcony terraces and double door entry walk-in closets. Each residence will enjoy top-of-the-line stainless steel Bosch® appliances; European styled cabinetry; Silestone® countertops, backsplashes and vanities; and Porcelanosa® designer bathroom faucets. Spa-inspired bathrooms will include luxury porcelain flooring, with double sink vanities and frameless glass enclosures in select master bath units.

The building itself features a resort-style amenity deck, a T-shaped zero edge pool overlooking the city, a stylish library, a children’s learning center and a great room complete with a sitting area, billiards table, wet bar and kitchen. Additional features include private cabanas with furnished summer kitchens, a large fire pit and a “grotto-inspired” open-air yet covered Jacuzzi area. Nearby, The Bond’s fitness center and spa complex will offer high-end exercise equipment, floor-to-ceiling windows, and men’s and women’s steam rooms and saunas.

Loguer Design, whose museums, pavilions, residences, mega-yachts and private jets have won countless awards across the world, is responsible for the building’s interior and exterior design that will bring the best of British glamour to Miami’s Brickell Avenue.

Cervera Real Estate’s Managing Partner Alicia Cervera Lamadrid, who is leading the sales effort for The Bond, says the meeting of “British glamour with Brickell chic” is becoming a reality in the first newly-constructed condominium project with a true Brickell address to rise this cycle.

“The Bond on Brickell will mark Rilea’s fifth building in the Brickell area and is one of the only buildings in Downtown Miami being built without lender financing,” says Cervera Lamadrid. “Brickell is synonymous with an upscale, urban lifestyle that appeals to buyers from around the world. We’re seeing strong sales at The Bond on Brickell, with 90 percent of units sold.”

In addition to the property’s luxurious features, The Bond will also be home to Brickell’s newest landmark – an original vintage British Telecom phone booth, which has been restored to museum-quality condition and flown in from London. The phone booth will be permanently displayed in front of The Bond’s Brickell Avenue entrance once the tower is completed,
