What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? I work in the garden.

Growing up, what did you want to be? An attorney.

If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Warren Buffet. Any time spent with him, albeit short, would be a valuable learning experience.

Where is your favorite place to hang out? My house.

What do you love most about the industry? Helping people realize the American dream of home ownership.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I am a real estate and mortgage attorney, as well – in practice since 1976.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Addressing unrealistic expectations without offending the client.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients? BHHS and Board-sponsored events.

What has been you greatest accomplishment? Getting my wife to marry me.

What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? The Secret.

What is your favorite restaurant? Delicias de España.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Houston? The Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables.

What kind of car do you drive? A Toyota SUV.

What is your favorite city after Miami? New York.

What is your advice for someone new to the industry? If you are not already adept at it, become adept at using technology.
