What was your first job in the realty industry? Sales associate.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Workout and spend time with my family.

Where did you grow up? New Jersey.

Growing up, what did you want to be? Business owner.

If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Mike Miguel Fernandez, his is an inspiring life story and gives a lot back to the community.

Where is your favorite place to hang out? With my family at restaurants and traveling.

What do you love most about the industry? Every aspect. I enjoy helping people and seeing their happiness when they buy, sell or rent their first home.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? My experience and going above and beyond what other agent’s wont be willing to do.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? I would say, dealing with buyers that try to work with multiple agents.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients? Everywhere that I am I promote my business – launches, broker events, social media, colleges, universities and more.

What has been you greatest accomplishment? Making the decision to have gotten my real estate license and my daughter being born and my family.

What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? God is Not Dead movie.

What is your favorite restaurant? The Forge.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Houston? 1450 Brickell.

What kind of car do you drive? Mercedes Benz C 300 2008.

What is your favorite city after Miami? Ft. Lauderdale.

What is your advice for someone new to the industry? Save at least six months to a year in savings to hold you over until you get your business going. Pay off all your debt, or most. Remember that there will be no one to motivate you. It’s up to you, and it’s only commission, so if you don’t work you make no money. Just to list a few comments.
