The company managed several homes and we did everything from assisting with open houses, minor repairs, landscaping, advertising. My first day on the job when I arrived at the office my boss was driving a new Mercedes and I knew that day that I wanted to work in real estate.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? One of the reasons that I moved to Florida was to have access to the water and warm weather. I love fishing, kayaking, snorkeling, standup paddle boards, swimming and boating.

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? If you work just for money, you’ll never make it. But if you love what you are doing, and always put the customer first, success will be yours.
