On Tuesday, May 13th, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate opened its new Miami Beach office located at 1682 Jefferson Ave. Originally located at 1691 Michigan Ave., the new, over 5000 square-foot office features ultramodern designs and state-of-the-art equipment.
The office is as luxurious as the homes it is selling. It houses 30 private offices and was redesigned with the goal of providing its Realtors the best facility in the world. The lobby includes a 169-inch high definition video wall that showcases Coldwell Banker Previews International’s multi-million dollar listings. The monitors are visible from Lincoln Dr., which provides the company with an advertising edge. The office was also created with an open floor plan and sound-masking system to maintain privacy. The glass-enclosed conference room resembles an atrium and displays a 74 square-foot vertical garden of herbs, flowers and plants.
