What was your first job in the realty industry? Selling residential properties in the Key Biscayne and Coral Gables areas.

Where did you grow up? Miami.

What is your favorite free-time activity? Exercising, dancing or taking walks on the beach.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Take a long, hot shower, sip hot tea and read a book. If I’m at work, I just breathe and meditate.

Growing up, what did you want to be? An artist or a writer.

If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or dead), who would it be and why? God, because He is omnipotent.

Where is your favorite place to hang out? At the beach.

What do you love most about the industry? I love people, and real estate is a dynamic process.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I have 28 years of experience in the residential real estate market in South Florida, and I consider my clients’ needs my utmost priority.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients? Chamber of Commerce events, grand openings, local networking events, sports events and gallery events.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? My four sons are my pride and joy, but in business, my loyal, satisfied clients and their happy families.

What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? The Heat.

What is your favorite restaurant? ORTANIQUE on the Mile.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Miami? Santa Maria on BRICKELL Avenue.

What kind of car do you drive? Mercedes-Benz.

What is your favorite city after Miami? New York.

What is your advice for someone new to the industry? Work hard and always remember that your clients depend on your professional expertise, so know the market inside out and stay current on market trends.
