Bellini at Williams Island is relaunching their pre-construction residential project in South Florida. This 24-story residential building, developed by Martin Z. Margulies, is the last residential site on Williams Island.

Since its debut in 1980, Williams Island has always offered an exclusive and private lifestyle. The island has many amenities such as a marina, tennis courts and a golf course.

As such, the Bellini development will consist of 70 private units with each residence having their own private elevator, 10-foot-high ceilings, large floor plan and three bedrooms. The elliptical shape of this building gives all units a waterfront view with four penthouses available on the top two floors.

This is the first pre construction residential development project to be announced in the Miami Dade County today.
