If You Were to Give an “Outstanding Achievement” Award to Somebody in the Real Estate Industry, Who Would it Be and Why?

by admin

Alicia Cervera
CEO – Related Cervera Realty Services

I would give the award to my friend and colleague, Helen Jeanne Nicastri, who has been the driving force behind the Master Brokers Forum (MBF). Under her remarkable leadership, the MBF started as a networking group for real estate professionals, and has since evolved into a dynamic organization comprised of Miami-Dade’s top 250 agents. She has also spearheaded the MBF’s Broward and Palm Beach expansions, making it a truly regional organization. In addition to her MBF duties, Jeanne is one of South Florida’s most successful and respected brokers herself. She is one of Coldwell Banker’s top producers in Miami-Dade, and in the firm’s top 100 nationwide.

Eddy Martinez
Sales Associate – Flamingo South Beach

The best quality about Ron Vergera, CEO/president of Guiding Star, is that he puts his clients first. He walks clients through the entire buying process from showing the property, to signing contracts, to closing, etc. Ron is extremely honest, hardworking and patient. He knows the real estate market and his strong sales in both Chicago and Miami prove it.

Lissette St. Michele
Realtor Associate – South Beach Estates

I would give the award to Kimberly Tara Henry, president of South Beach Estates. Kimberly is a successful saleswoman who has overcome professional obstacles by being the first and only black broker/owner in Miami Beach. Kimberly has always had to push harder to make her way through a difficult market. She has worked hard, and not just for the money, but for the satisfaction of completing goals most people didn’t believe she could accomplish. After only five years, Kimberly runs her own company and has joined a prestigious European development firm that has over 600 offices in and around Milan, Italy. Her database is one of extreme diversity and she demonstrates perseverance and dedication with all of her transactions.

Danet Linares
VP of Leasing & Marketing – Wealth Capital Management, Inc.

Barbara Liberatore Black is an inspiration and mentor to me, as well as to numerous professional women in real estate. The path she’s paved, in rising to the top of her industry as a founding partner of CresaPartners, has made the business of real estate more accommodating to women, in terms of advancement, leadership and power.
