What was your first job in the real estate industry?
My first job was as a sales associate at Coldwell Banker Real Estate in Miami Beach

What is your favorite free-time activity?
To have dinner with my close friends and to play volleyball

How did you learn the business?
I learned by going to company trainings, seminars and conventions, classes with the Board of Realtors and obtaining designations. I also learned the business by asking fellow agents for help and guidance.

What was your most difficult sale, and how did you succeed?
My most difficult sale was when I had to close on my best friends’ apartment in a brand new construction building with a difficult seller two weeks before they left for their wedding in India. Determination, lots of patience and guidance were the keys to my success.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
Nowadays, because of time constraints, traffic and other factors that are not under my control, I would say the most challenging aspect would be scheduling showings.

What was your worst job, and what did you learn from it?
As of today, I cannot say that I have had a bad job. I think each job has been a stepping stone to the next one and a learning experience in my personal and professional career.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients?
Although word of mouth is still the number one source of my business, I also meet new clients at the Chamber of Commerce, not-for-profit organizations and through friends.

What has been your greatest accomplishment?
I have had numerous great accomplishments throughout my life. In real estate, being the top producer of my current company for several years in a row has been big accomplishment.

What was the last good book you read?
“Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill

What is your favorite restaurant?
My Mom’s home cooking

The Performing Arts Center
