Work Experience:
Hollo practiced for three years with the law firm of Rosenthal, Rosenthal & Rasco. In 1995 he began working for Florida East Coast Realty (FECR) and became vice president and General Counsel. He made his start developing single-family affordable homes in Orlando, and proceeded to develop projects from the ground up. These developments include retail in Hollywood, mixed-use and residential in Miami and offices in Coral Gables.
Current Projects:
2020 Ponce – A 14-story Class A office condo in Coral Gables
One Bayfront Plaza – An $1.8 billion development that will include two 70-story mixed-use towers. One Bayfront Plaza will be the tallest building in Miami and the first hotel to be built north of the Miami River in 25 years.

Community Involvement:
Hollo is the director of the Miami-Dade County Bar Association, a member of the Board of Directors for Downtown Development Authority since 2002 and the Young Founder and Young President of Mt. Sinai Hospital since 2003. He is also on the Building Regulation Advisory Board in Golden Beach.
Interests/Activities:
Hollo enjoys playing tennis, snowboarding and spending time with his family.
