Current Projects:
Morrison, a joint-venture development with Canyon-Johnson Urban Fund, is a mixed-use project that will bring for-sale middle-income housing and community-serving retail stores to Little Havana. The 19-story Morrison will consist of 395 residential condominiums, with pre-construction prices ranging from low $200,000s to $380,000 for one- and two-bedroom luxury residences just blocks from downtown Miami and the Health District. Morrison will also include more than 30,000 square feet of retail and 34,000 square feet of professional office space.
RiverGrand is a 16-story condominium featuring approximately 132 luxury residences developed for middle-income individuals and households. Set to rise in Miami’s emerging Health District neighborhood, RiverGrand is situated west of downtown Miami and within a few miles of major hospitals, employment and entertainment centers. With pre-construction prices ranging from the low $200,000s to $380,000, the RiverGrand features one- and two-bedroom residences in an urban, pedestrian-friendly environment.
Lincoln Park is located between 22nd and 23rd Avenues on Lincoln Street in Hollywood, directly across from the actual Lincoln Park and a soon-to-be-developed public elementary school. The expansive, family-style townhomes feature four bedrooms and more than 1,800 square feet of living space, with pre-construction prices from the $300,000s.
