Loft 3 is the third in the “Loft” series of urban high rises by The Related Group, and the newest addition to Related’s Workforce Housing Division. This tower will be located at 201 N.E. 2nd Ave., across the street from the Metromover, and across from Miami-Dade College.

The residences at Loft 3 will feature a minimum ceiling height of 10 feet. One- and two-bedroom floor plans will include kitchens with high-gloss imported white cabinetry, Terrazzo countertops and energy-efficient stainless steel appliances. Bathrooms offer Italian cabinetry and marble vanities. Walk-in closets and balconies are standard features of Loft 3’s floor plans.
The building will include manned security 24 hours a day, high-speed elevators, a heated swimming pool and wet bar on the 28th floor recreation deck, spa, sauna and clubroom. A fully equipped fitness center with cardio theater and separate weight training area, a great room and outdoor barbeque area are also included with Loft 3.
