The St. George Residences and Condo-Hotel at the Hilton Coral Gables is revitalizing American culture’s longtime interest in hotel living. The St. George Residences will be part of the Hilton Hotel Coral Gables and will be managed by Hilton Hotels. Designed by Miami-based Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates Architects P.A., the St. George has been conceptualized to embody Coral Gables’ Mediterranean-style architecture.

There are 117 fully furnished hotel condominium residences in studio and one-bedroom designs, ranging from 428 to 912 square feet and 83 traditional condominium residences in one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 792 to 1,418 square feet. These units are pre-construction priced from the $200,000s for the hotel condominiums and the $400,000s for the condominium residences.

St. George provides all the amenities of a first-class Hilton Hotel with a private lobby entrance, destination restaurant, owners’ lounge for the condominium residences, fitness center and a swimming pool with sun deck.

In-room dining, housekeeping and laundry/dry cleaning services are available to St. George residents at all times. Additionally, there is 24-hour valet and security, concierge services, repair and maintenance, housekeeping, and banquet catering.

With its location at 2020 Salzedo St., the St. George is steps away from the restaurants, shopping and entertainment offerings in Coral Gables.

The St. George Residences and Condo at the Hilton-Hotel is being developed by Gables Centre LLC, a collaboration of developers, architects and interior designers.
