Starting out in the industry as an investor, Faith Spencer expanded into being a licensed broker and mortgage loan officer. The owner of her own brokerage, Prudence Real Estate Solutions LLC, Spencer is also a professional home staging expert who has spent the past decade positioning clients and their properties for ultimate success in the areas of Broward County, Palm Beach, St. Lucie and Miami-Dade County.
Sought after for being a relentless negotiator who goes above and beyond, Spencer is present even after the transaction closes. “I keep up to date with real estate news so that I can assist my buyers and sellers with information on various grants, loan programs and general real estate advice,” she shares. Her patience and transparency yield a mostly referral-based clientele. A former quality assurance manager, Spencer provides the perfect mixture of business and fun, holding her clients’ hands throughout the entire process — most of whom become lifelong friends. She also handles transactions for international buyers.
Spencer leads a team of agents, providing training and guiding them through transactions, as well as helping them manage documentation and solve problems. One of her recent accomplishments was helping numerous investors acquire and sell multifamily units. A credentialed educator, Spencer notes, “Many clients need more than someone selling them a home; they are looking for someone knowledgeable to help them understand the process and make the best decision. With my 10 years both as an agent and an investor, I am able to educate my clients.”
Describing herself as a real estate fanatic, Spencer’s free time largely involves reading about industry news and trends. A member of the Real Estate Staging Association, the Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals and the National Association of Realtors, she is elated to have kicked off her staging firm over the past year, South Florida Home Staging LLC, and looks forward to growth in this new enterprise.
