Pamela Omer, Realtor

Premiere Plus Realty

It is no surprise that Pamela Omer earns five stars from her real estate clients. Once buyers and sellers start to work with Omer, they quickly understand the plethora of skills she brings to the table. Omer has excellent quantitative skills, a great eye for properties, a keen knowledge of the Naples real estate market, an understanding of her clients’ needs and outstanding attention to detail. Her outgoing personality and passion for people make her one of the top performers in her office.

Omer’s career in real estate has evolved over the past six years. She started her real estate career in Massachusetts after retiring from Western New England University’s math department where she taught mathematics. Omer’s students benefitted greatly from her dedication and her sharp ability to analyze data. When Omer is working with her clients, she can assess property values and marry them with market trends.

When Omer’s husband, Russ, retired from his career in banking, they decided to make the move to Naples, having developed a great affection for the area thanks to frequent visits to Omer’s parents there throughout the years. As Omer and her husband were establishing their roots there, Omer’s parents also decided to settle permanently in Naples. Omer then started to learn more about the real estate community, making three transactions for their family – and she was hooked! Omer developed a great love for finding people their homes, ensuring the right fit, not just a place to live. Her philosophy of first finding the right community and then a home helps clients feel at ease immediately in their new home.

Omer continues to work to improve her skills. She recently earned a Master Negotiating Certificate from Harvard University, where she negotiated contracts with professionals worldwide. This experience, along with her many years in the business world, helps make Omer a top sales performer at Premiere Plus.
