With a motto that encompasses his vast business acumen — “I will find a mortgage loan for your needs” — it’s fitting that Thomas Budzyn has had a dynamic career in lending for more than two decades. Budzyn worked in highly competitive sales before delving into mortgage lending. Having honed his skills in the intensity of that environment, he created a firm foundation for his prowess in the lending industry. He initially was recruited by a forward-thinking bank and has since laid claim to multiple successes.
Budzyn’s clients applaud his availability to them, in addition to his honest and direct communication style. To best understand the borrowers he works with, Budzyn works to build a relationship and earn trust before getting to the more practical side of lending. Skilled listener that he is, he made a decision to switch to a smaller lending institution that offers a wider range of financing options. With a sharp focus on exceeding expectations in the ever-changing world of lending, Budzyn has sought additional education in the industry to better assist clients. He’s also a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Florida. He is most proud of having been ranked the top salesperson across multiple financial institutions a total of 11 times, as well as being named a top producer with his current employer within just two months.
A self-proclaimed early bird, Budzyn enjoys getting a head start on his day, as well as philanthropic work through his involvement in Freemasonry. For recreation, he enjoys going on cruises — with great Wi-Fi, of course, so that he can stay connected to his clients and professional network while rejuvenating.
