Results-driven and solution-oriented, Bianca Guevara of LUXE Properties is on a mission to make real estate dreams come true.

An expert at finding the perfect match for first-time luxury buyers, sellers and investors, Guevara makes sure clients understand the value of purchasing a home in Miami and the surrounding areas from both long-term investment and lifestyle standpoints. “I have a natural ability to connect with clients, assess their needs, help them achieve their goals and build lasting relationships,” says Guevara. 

When transitioning from a 13-year career in private equity, Guevara took her meticulousness and tenacity with her, noting that real estate appealed to her desire to make a difference in the lives of others. “I wanted to help people with what’s often one of the largest financial transactions they’ll make in their lives,” she explains.

Born and raised in Miami, Guevara enjoys real estate because it combines her passions for history and architecture. She loves learning the origins of different architectural styles and using that information to describe the unique qualities that add to a home’s charm. “My strong negotiation, communication and organizational skills,” she adds, “have been integral to my success.”

Fluent in English and Spanish, Guevara is a member of the Miami Board of Realtors, as well as the Miami Association of Realtors Young Professionals Network (YPN). She holds the designation of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, and in 2020, made Miami YPN’s prestigious 20 Under 40 list. This year she was also inducted into the $75 million dollar luxe club.

A self-described foodie and wanderluster, Guevara has visited 38 countries and hopes to visit South Africa and Antarctica in the near future.
