Twelve years into her real estate career, Claudine Letz still finds the work rewarding. “I enjoy making connections with different people every day,” says Letz, a realtor with Fortune Development Sales. Letz recently sold a $20 million penthouse at The Ritz-Carlton Residences Sunny Isles Beach, where she works as an executive sales associate.
Assisting luxury, international and domestic buyers, Letz deals in new developments, waterfront properties and ultra-luxury real estate in Sunny Isles, Brickell and Miami Beach. Having sold one or more developments in each of those areas, she completely understands the competition and knows inside and out the neighborhoods clients are buying into. “As an in-house agent, I have represented many prestigious developers and have gained valuable insight into buying new developments and pre-construction,” she says. “Many of my clients are second, third and fourth homebuyers.”
A member of the Miami Association of Realtors, Letz has won Fortune International’s Platinum Top Producers award for the past two years.
Growing up in France, Letz watched her dad and grandfather develop their own real estate portfolios, which made her realize real estate is a great investment. “I always enjoyed visiting beautiful properties with creative architecture, design and innovative features,” she shares. “I find it easy to promote and sell something that I am passionate about. I like to share that enthusiasm.”
Letz arrived in Miami from France in 1993 and admits it was “love at first sight.” She is fluent in French, English and Spanish and understands Portuguese and German, which enables her to communicate effectively with many international buyers.
Pleasant to work with, Letz has an innate ability to quickly perceive what buyers are looking for and match them with a property to suit their wants and needs. “At The Ritz, the expectations are high,” she admits, “But I like the challenge.”
