The New York developer JHM Development hosted a private dinner at the Three Hundred Collins to showcase the modernist-style sales gallery.
Guests included Laura Garcia, executive vice president of JMH Development; Daniel de la Vega, president of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty (ONESIR); Harvey Daniels, vice president of development sales for ONESIR; and co-directors of sales for Three Hundred Collins, Goldentayer and Sladja Stantic.
Three Hundred Collins units are priced from $1.7 million to $9 million; they range from one to four bedrooms, and apartment styles ranging from 955 square feet to 3,700 square feet.
