Miami got its first glimpse of the Standard Residences, Midtown Miami, during a recent launch celebration held at the Standard Spa Miami Beach, according to a press release.

Hosted by the Standard International Executive Chairman Amar Lalvani and Rosso Development CEO Carlos Rosso, the event showcased a preview of the hotel brand’s first-ever residences. Construction of the 12-story high-rise is expected to begin in 2022.

Located in the heart of Midtown and centrally positioned between the Design District and Wynwood, the building will feature 228 homes, ranging from studios to two-bedroom units.
