North Development celebrated the launch of sales at its House of Wellness Brickell condominium development with a brunch gathering at EAST Miami.
North Development co-founders Ricardo Dunin and Juan Carlos Tassara discussed their vision for the new House of Wellness lifestyle brand, while guests enjoyed brunch and drinks and previewed brand visuals that highlighted the tower’s wellness-driven design philosophy.
The 34-story tower will offer 656 studios through two-bedroom residences starting from the $390,000s. Amenities will include a spa with hammam and steam rooms, cold plunge, rooftop pool with cabanas, fitness facilities, co-working spaces, podcast room and salon.
