Construction is complete at Eighty Seven Park, Italian architect Renzo Piano’s first residential project in the Western Hemisphere. Located in North Beach, the cantilevered structure creates the illusion that Eighty Seven Park floats above the surrounding ocean and parkland. Made up of 68 residences that span from one- to five-bedrooms, Eighty Seven Park features an Enoteca wine bar, a library, two swimming pools, a juice bar, relaxation spa and unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and Miami skyline.
