“Avatar” fans who have dreamt of living in the lush world of Pandora might be in luck, as a five-acre property inspired by the 2009 blockbuster film is now up for grabs, according to a press release.
The property, named Villa Florentyna and located at 9614 Pondwood Rd., is listed by Chad Carroll and Matthew Dugow of Compass.
The lushly landscaped estate features a 40-foot waterfall, large lake, multiple fountains, bridges, a gazebo, lily pond with koi fish and specimen foliage. Sculptures are placed throughout the property, including a life-sized Grizzly bear, velociraptor, rhinoceros and Buddha.
The property also boasts an “Avatar”-inspired laser light display with custom light paths.
The 11,000-square-foot home’s wooden architecture and rainforest theme mimic an abundance of natural materials and moving craftsmanship, similar to the fictional world of Pandora.
Outside, a pool and covered patio area are situated next to a tree-lined overhang. Additional amenities include a children’s playground, home gym, full-sized tennis court, movie theater and home office area with cubicles.
