Jordan Lederman, Esq., Principal of The Lederman Group

Fortune Christie’s International Real Estate

While working as an attorney in Michigan, the hustle and bustle of Miami real estate enticed Jordan Lederman to stop practicing law and start brokering real estate deals. Growing up with his father working as a residential developer, Lederman admits real estate has always been a part of him. “Real estate is my passion. It’s what drives me,” he shares. “It doesn’t feel like work to me. I can talk about real estate with anyone, anywhere, anytime.”

Principal of The Lederman Group with Fortune Christie’s International Real Estate, Lederman has been in the industry for 14 years specializing in luxury residential properties, investments, and preconstruction developments. “My law background helps me tremendously both in my negotiating tactics but also being able to lead my clients comfortably in the process of a purchase, sale, investment, or development,” he explains. “I can see opportunities and challenges through a unique lens, which definitely gives us an upper hand.”

Miami Association of Realtors named Lederman in the Young Professional Network’s Top 20 Under 40 in 2023. Christie’s International Real Estate listed him as a member of the Masters Circle 2023-24 and South Florida Agent Magazine nominated him as an Industry MVP in the 2023 Agent Choice Awards. Recognized for his ethics, professionalism, and negotiation skills, he leads a predominantly referral-based team of top agents who speak multiple languages, including Spanish, Portuguese, Ukrainian and Russian, in order to cater to a diverse clientele.

“I truly value my clients and the relationships I have with them; they are the reason for my success,” Lederman insists. “I am confident that when I am advising them, they put their trust in me and that is the biggest responsibility I can have.” When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors and traveling.
